Project FXA (Forza Horizon 4)

Hello drivers!

Over the past year, PPL co-owner, SLX, has been working on a recreation of the Forza Horizon 4 map for Assetto Corsa. While steadily making progress, he’s also been developing unique track scripts to showcase in my track releases as well as integrating them into public apps and tools for the community to purchase or use freely depending on the use case.

This version of the map is fully playable, but it doesn’t quite match the vision SLX originally had when first starting the project. Since starting progress, he’s discovered far more efficient techniques that would allow for a much higher-quality recreation and significantly more streamlined workflows, so instead of continuing with this current build, he’s decided to start fresh using everything he’s learned. This will ensure the map lives up to not only his own expectations, but the expectations of the community he has gathered since starting.

Rather than keeping this version locked away, we have decided to release it for free to our joint PPL community! It may not be the final product, but it’s still a massive, beautiful, and completely drivable map that you can enjoy right now with your friends! Consider it a taste of what’s to come in the near future ;>

The FXA project is a passion project by SLX but as the co-owner of PPL, he has decided to graciously release this to both communities to allow anyone that wishes to experience this pre-alpha version of the map to do so without needing to pay.
