• User Accounts: We collect your email address, username, and password upon registration.
• Seller Profiles: If you apply to be a Seller, we collect additional information including your business name, portfolio links, and social media identifiers.
• Financial Information: We use third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to handle payments and payouts. We do not store your full credit card details or bank credentials on our servers. For Sellers, we collect information necessary for Stripe Connect Express onboarding.
• Transaction & Service History: We maintain records of your purchases, downloads, sales, and service commission data (including briefs, deliverables, and inactivity notice records) to facilitate the escrow, delivery, and dispute resolution process. Inactivity records include the timestamp of when a notice was filed, the user ID of the filing party, the 72-hour response deadline, and the resolution outcome.
• Inactivity Notice Data: When an inactivity notice is filed on a service order, we record the filing party's user ID, the timestamp of filing, the 72-hour deadline, and the resolution outcome (dismissed, released to provider, or refunded to client). This information is used solely to operate the automated inactivity resolution system described in our Terms of Use (Section 9.9) and is retained for the duration of your account.
• Location Data: To comply with tax regulations and marketplace facilitator laws, we collect location information (such as your country or region) during the checkout process.
• Communication: When you contact support or interact with other users via messaging (including service-related discussions), we store those communications.

3. Use of Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the marketplace and facilitate content delivery.
• Process payments and remit seller payouts.
• Calculate and remit taxes as a marketplace facilitator where required.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and illegal activities.
• Notify you of content updates, new followers (chases), or community news.
• Improve platform features and user experience.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• Public Profile: Your username, bio, and public portfolio are visible to other users.
• Sellers: When you purchase a mod, the Seller may see anonymized transaction data.
• Service Providers: We share data with partners like Stripe, PayPal, and hosting providers to maintain the Service.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We implement security measures to protect your data, but no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
