100% Recommend that you delete the old 'Nikko by NOON'

Massive thank you to ryantaco and dyouknit, without them this wouldn't have been possible.

Update Includes:
-snow weather condition removed
-99.9% of textures converted to .dds format
-more accurate (and less expensive) detailing
-expenesive and inaccurate detailing removed
-rainfx redone and much better
-8 new camera sets added
-2 new static cameras added
-grassfx redone
-trees reduced by 95% and replaced with treewall strings
-japan august festival fireworks added at night
-sky horizon trimmed to only what is visually necessary
-shadow fixes
-artificial water level now changes in relation to Rain Water amount
-track night illumination redone
-unnecessary reflections removed
-2 cool media guy features

..plus many many more small quality of life improvements.

Being that I have never been to Japan and don't know anyone in Japan who could help me with photos or feedback to confirm or deny the accuracy, this is about the best I can do with simply watching videos and taking screenshots. I can only hope it is close enough to enjoy.
