ADT is a tuning tool I’m building for drifting in Assetto Corsa. It helps you work out what to change when your wheel or car doesn’t feel quite right, instead of just trying another preset and hoping for the best.
It takes your wheelbase, steering wheel, car and drift pack into account when making recommendations. You can also tell it how you want each car to behave. More rear grip, quicker transitions, faster self-steer, a calmer front end—those preferences feed into the suggestions rather than giving everyone the same setup.
What it does
* Wheel and FFB tuning: Generates recommendations for your hardware, with live MOZA/AZOM settings available through SimHub.
* Car setup tuning: Works from an existing saved AC setup, shows the suggested changes and explains why. Saves a separate setup file, leaving your original alone.
* Telemetry and tuning feedback: Records your runs and uses that data to help assess things like transitions, steering oscillation, angle stability and FFB clipping. You can compare matching runs before and after making changes.
* Phone access: Includes an optional browser dashboard for viewing telemetry, reviewing recommendations and using supported controls from a phone on the same local network.
ADT can also detect your active car and identify supported drift packs. There are built-in baselines for packs including VDC, Gravy Garage, SWARM, ADL and WDT/WDTS, plus a Custom/Other option.
Before you download
This is a Windows application, not a car or track mod. Live MOZA settings require SimHub, the AZOM plugin and the ADT SimHub Bridge. The car setup and telemetry tools don’t need that live connection.
ADT is still in public beta. Recommendations are a starting point, not a promise of a perfect setup. Review the changes, test them and keep what works for you.
I’m looking for feedback from people running different hardware, cars and packs. You don’t need to be an expert tuner to help. Tell me what you’re using, what felt better or worse, and anything that didn’t work properly.
